We're excited you're joining us for a Hilltop Adventures trip! Below you'll find important information to help you prepare for your adventure. If you have any questions along the way, don't hesitate to email us!

PAYMENT

You've officially secured your spot by paying your trip deposit!

You'll receive an invoice for your remaining balance one month before your trip begins. Please complete your final payment promptly after receiving the invoice.

TRAVEL

Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation, including flights and rental cars. We encourage you to coordinate with others on your trip to share rental cars and travel expenses. In the past, groups have also enjoyed making the drive to North Carolina together!

Arrival: Please plan to arrive in Bryson City, NC, by 6:30 PM on the first day of your trip.

Departure: Your trip will conclude by 10:00 AM on the final day. If you're flying home, please book a departure no earlier than 1:00 PM, allowing additional time based on your departure airport.

Nearby airports:

• Atlanta, GA – approximately 2.5 hours away

• Greenville, SC – approximately 2 hours away

• Asheville, NC – approximately 1 hour away

Atlanta is often a great option for flights, but Greenville and Asheville are worth checking as well!

Be on the lookout for an email about your pre-trip meeting. We'll walk through important details, answer questions, and help everyone prepare. Please make every effort to attend!
